出现429错误

rclone上传到谷歌得加个参数 --tpslimit 5 --drive-upload-cutoff 1000t
rclone --tpslimit 5 --drive-upload-cutoff 1000t copy...

这个参数得加到哪个文件里面

config/rclone_options.conf 里面加环境变量，文件里面有rclone官方文档链接说明。

另外，我在doprax上的容器都这样了，你那边还能用么。。

这个是部署完了之后在网页上改配置吗？
