All tasks are suspended and it still take up 30% of the cpu and 2G memory. The gui interface freezes and often crashes.

根据我的测试，确认就是 设置 - 高级 - 网络接口和绑定到的可选IP地址 这两处的问题。当有多个网卡和虚拟网卡的时候，qB似乎寻找网络非常困难，只能手动选择好正在使用的网卡并把可选IP地址设置为IPv4或其他正在使用的地址。

之前也没改设置都还用得好好的，突然有一天就变得特别卡，其他应用也连不上了，把这两项固定了之后现在好像好了，不知道为什么突然出现这种情况
